Officials to meet in Zagreb for Top 16 draws
A big meeting of waterpolo officials will be held this weekend in Zagreb, Croatia, the hosting city of the 2010 European Waterpolo Championships. Once a year, the representatives of the leading European clubs are coming together, and this event will also be used for important draw procedures. First, this will be the draws for the prestigious Preliminary Round matches of the EuroLeague, which will be contested in four groups on a home and away basis. Second, the draws for the round of last 16 clashes in the Men´s LEN Trophy will be done where pure knock-out matches are played again. The procedure will be held on Sunday at noon.
